We are seeking a Fulfilment Analyst with a strong growth mindset to ensure optimal inventory availability, smooth material flow, and effective coordination between global manufacturing teams and regional commercial operations--continuously driving improvements in service levels, operational efficiency, and overall business performance
What You'll Be Doing
What We're Looking For
Manage regional inventory levels, ensure high product availability for priority customers, optimize stock control, remove slow-moving items, and oversee product phase-in/phase-out processes.
Coordinate between global factories and regional sales teams to secure seamless product flow and improved customer lead times across the region.
Support Sales, Customer Service, and internal stakeholders through timely follow-ups, operational coordination, and routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
Monitor availability, delivery performance, and service metrics while providing analytical insights for S&OP, stock target reviews, and factory alignment.
Lead operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation projects and optimized storage/material flow strategies.
Use SAP (MM, SD, APO), BI reporting tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and internal platforms (SharePoint) to support planning, reporting, and decision-making.
Manage logistics service providers and ensure compliance with performance expectations and agreed KPIs.
What You'll Get from Us
Bachelor's degree with 5-6 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Planning.
Strong system proficiency in SAP, WMS, and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in inventory migration, multi-site operations, analytics, and reporting tools is preferred.
Strong business acumen with effective interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Knowledge of global procurement practices, inventory optimization, and Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS).
Supply chain certifications such as APICS, CIRM, or Six Sigma are an added advantage.
Hands-on experience with SAP/APO, MM and SD modules, SAP queries, and advanced Excel proficiency.
A growth mindset with the ability to continuously learn, improve, and adapt to evolving business requirements.
