Responsibilities:

Client & Agency Service:

Work with Transaction Manager to set up financial models of proposed deals on book accounting and cash basis Prepare transaction approval forms for Omnicom leadership Maintain timely and accurate real estate portfolio data Provide financial modelling support to Portfolio Managers and Omnicom leadership for special projects Cross system close validations Monthly reforecast variance analysis Rent and occupancy analysis

Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of experience in FP&A Operations (mandatory). Strong Excel modelling skills, including pivot tables and vlookup functions Adaptable and able to perform in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail Team player Clear and effective communication Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, and Hyperion Financial Management tool is a plus


Additional Skills

Experience in real estate finance and transactions, including ability to interpret term sheets, LOI's and leases Month-end financial report analysis
