Job Title

: Analyst - Finance

Job responsibilities:

? Responsible for MIS, accounting, and handling respective line items of P&L reporting and bringing in automations wherever required.


? Perform variance analysis for revenue and expenses and identify the reasons for variance.


? Prepare audit schedules, aging, financial disclosures and reporting to stakeholders on a timely basis.


? Assist in Implementation of internal financial control and accounting policies.


? Responsible for improving/ implementing processes by having a good understanding of the business and a good understanding of underlying data


? Co-ordination on Due diligence, internal audit and statutory audit assignments.


? Responsible for managing account receivables and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Desired Candidates :-

? Inter CA or BCom/MBA and 1+ years of experience in Finance and AR process.


? Experience working within a start-up environment is highly desirable


? Knowledge of Financials and basic understanding of MIS.


? Basic knowledge of taxation such as GST, Income Tax, Financial reporting and data mining tools such as Oracle, Finly, Navision, Tally, etc.


? Knowledge of statutory and tax audits is desirable.


? Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
