NBCUniversal is looking for a talented and dedicated Senior Analyst to support the management of technology related spend. The role will support the day-to-day activities which includes maintaining contracts, tracking vendor performance, spend analysis, external procurement, sourcing, and contracting of goods and services. Support HQ team in US with vendor analysis, research and miscellaneous ad-hoc activities. The successful candidate is required to be flexible working at Chennai remotely. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing the defined processes, performing service management to ensure value delivery, tracking of supplier contracts and resources.
The responsibilities will include:

• Track day-to-day operations
  • Work with vendor/supplier contacts and interfaces with key executives on supplier issues
  • Contribute to the RFP related activities
  • Report enterprise spend and provide insights
  • Establishes procedures to accomplish procurement of services in a cost-effective manner
  • Coordinates, track and reports supplier performance metrics
  • Coordinates and reports procurement activities and plans
  • Review supplier statements of work and agreements
• Implement governance policy
  • Contribute to the implementation of procurement policies to minimize operational and financial risk
• Perform service management
  • Conduct cross-category Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys across the company in a timely fashion
  • Drive process improvements and automation
  • Maintain accurate contracting data, vendor records and transaction information
  • Track vendor credits
• Work with technology, finance, and accounting teams to create accurate views of spend, operational data and other supplier ecosystem related metrics
• Other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2-3 years or more related experience in procurement and vendor management for large technology or media company
• Strong ability to collate information/data from multiple sources, draft process flows, review with cross-functional teams
• Strong finance and accounting skillset
• Strong experience in RFPs with excellent negotiation skills
• Ability to support US time zone calls - up to 10 PM IST as necessary
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be a self-starter and multi-tasker with superior time management skills
• Experience working in global delivery environments
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Equivalent in Finance/ Accounting, Technology or Engineering
