Graphic Design Analyst What this job involves: The presentation specialist will require to design and develop materials to support business development, marketing initiatives and campaigns, high-end property marketing and leadership decks/pitches . Candidate who can create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities. Emphasis will be on designing customized PowerPoint presentations, template creation and other marketing materials for multi-million dollar properties. The candidate will work closely with the Marketing teams across globe to support different business/service lines. He/she must understand the strategy, audience and objectives behind complex design projects, provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with a variety of team contributors including marketers and various levels of management. Graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, one requires to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Sound like you Uphold global brand standards while creating effective, dynamic, and well thought out presentations. Will need to have the ability to communicate information and data effectively with the use of animations and builds, as well as the ability to create easy to understand charts, graphs, and diagrams Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information. Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception. Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes marketers, art directors, and design managers in order to create compelling designs Translate information about the business and stakeholders into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful. Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field. You have the ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously You have a team-oriented attitude and ability to contribute to design- and functionality- related marketing decisions Production of PowerPoint presentation graphics and other corporate communications materials as per brand guidelines Proficient using MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of designing tools (Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop). Quality and brand consistency are key elements along with timely delivery Operate as per the defined workflow processes and Standard Operating Procedures Liaise with stakeholders and team members to deliver work that is timely, accurate and on brand Professional customer service attitude To apply you need to be: Bachelor\'s in any disciple or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experience. Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. You have strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business to business print and digital marketing collateral Proficient using MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of designing tools (Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop). Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing. Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
