Responsibilities



Responsibilities
    • Deliver BAU per set benchmarks/ agreements
    • Monitor/Escalate errors and incidents
    • Identify production efficiencies
    • Monitoring all the below activities handled by the team to ensure better quality, controls are maintained.
      • Review draft agreements
      • Set-up deal based on signed agreements.
      • Handling deal amendments and review.
      • Handling Primary/Secondary syndications transfers.
      • Handling of Sub-Participation and Risk-Participation.
          • Review the reconciliation of positions, discrepancies in Interest and fee payments etc.
          • Review various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities; investigating past due items, suspense, receivables, expiring SBLC, etc
          • Ensure that all the cash breaks, funding breaks, anomalies, WIP items are duly cleared and commented as necessary.
          • There would be interaction with different departments within SG like Middle Office, Front Office, Accounting Teams, Treasury Teams, Application Support Teams, Project Teams etc and there would be interaction with external parties like Agents, Lenders, and Clients etc.
        • Ensure compliance/regulatory adherence




Profile required



Profile Required
  • 1-3 years of experience in LOANIQ
  • Knowledge of MS Office Tools
  • Experience using Loan IQ System
  • Knowledge of Financial Products (Especially Loans, Guarantee and Stand by Letter of Credit etc.)
  • Basic understanding of Accounting.
  • Knowledge about SWIFT Payments.
  • Knowledge of Operational Risk.
