Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst L1 to join our Global Operations team in Mumbai. The role involves reporting, dashboard creation, ad-hoc analysis, and automation of manual processes. The right candidate will be highly skilled in MS Excel and data analytics, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a global work environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and publish weekly/monthly dashboards and reports.
• Track utilization, revenue, and other performance metrics accurately.
• Identify manual processes and automate reports to improve efficiency.
• Deliver ad-hoc reports and insights for management.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reports.
• Collaborate with global teams and share best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of organizational and client data.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in MS Excel and data analytics.
• Knowledge of utilization and revenue calculation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Logical thinker with strong decision-making ability.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail oriented.
• Flexible to work in rotating shifts.
• Quick learner, adaptable to process changes.

Education & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-3 years' experience in data analytics, reporting, or database management.
