Your work profile:

We are looking for a motivated

Technical Consultant

for

Analyst

rolewith hands-on experience in

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)

, specializing in

X++ development

. The ideal candidate will have

1-3 years

of technical development and support experience in D365 F&O and will work closely with functional consultants and business users to deliver and maintain scalable, efficient, and high-quality technical solutions.

Desired Qualifications

Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand technical requirements and translate functional designs into working solutions in D365 F&O. Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and extensions using

X++

,

SQL

,

SSRS

,

ER

and other D365 F&O technologies. Debug X++ code, investigate system issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Create and maintain

Technical Design Documents (TDDs)

, adhere to best practices, and ensure compliance with coding standards. Participate in

unit testing

,

system testing

, and

user acceptance testing (UAT)

support. Develop and support

batch jobs

,

data entities

,

OData services

, and

system integrations

. Support

incident management

,

ticket resolution

, and

change requests

across development and post-go-live phases. Provide

technical support

for existing customizations and standard D365 functionalities, including

bug fixing, root cause analysis, and issue resolution

. Work with release management tools like

LCS (Lifecycle Services)

Azure DevOps

to manage builds and deployments. Stay current with updates, hotfixes, and new features released by Microsoft

Location and way of working:

Base location: Bangalore This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations. Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customized the hybrid approach to their unique needs.

Your role as an Analyst/Consultant.

1-3 years

of experience as a Technical Consultant/Developer in

D365 F&O

, with expertise in

X++ programming

and technical customization. Proven experience in

support

, including handling incidents, debugging, and resolving production issues. Strong understanding of

data models

form customizations

table extensions

event handling

in D365 F&O. Experience working with

SSRS reports

Data Management Framework (DMF)
