Essential Job Functions:

  • Provides post-sales escalation resolution, direct advice and guidance on escalated customer issues and procedural information and training for peers Negotiates with customer using various tools and techniques provided by Client and monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution Influences process improvement towards defect elimination
  • Manages the end-to-end shift report in addition to leading shift turnover calls Must be able to work under limited supervision with little direction from management and adheres to administrative policies and escalation procedures
  • Manage multiple high-priority deliverables within the professional services function.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather, update, and maintain accurate information.
  • Support project transitions and lead migration of projects between systems.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct audits and provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Mentor and train new team members on operational deliverables.
  • Prepare and publish reports on team metrics to support business decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in operational support or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail with accuracy in:
  • Transaction processing
  • Data validation
  • Checklist adherence
  • Clear oral and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Effective time management to consistently meet SLA and quality objectives
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially:
  • Excel for data handling
  • Reporting
  • Dashboard creation
  • Ability to work in shifts and across multiple time zones
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify workflow issues and escalate or resolve them appropriately
  • Customer-focused mindset with responsiveness to inquiries and commitment to delivering a positive experience
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience working cross-culturally, internationally, and across multiple time zones
  • Familiarity with CRM applications
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and generate insights for process improvement
  • Flexibility and resilience to manage extended work hours during peak loads or project migrations
  • Experience mentoring peers and contributing to team learning and knowledge sharing
