Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Analyze financials statements of target companies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare teasers for opportunities under Corporate
Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and other
stressed assets.
\xef\x82\xb7 Identify potential investors for the stressed assets and
reach out to the investors through PwC network or
through other channels including cold calling.
\xef\x82\xb7 Reach out to Resolution Professional (RP) and its
team to understand assets in details and coordinate
with the RP and its team.
\xef\x82\xb7 Assist the team in helping the RP for end-to-end RP
advisory services under CIRP.
Mandatory skill sets:
Ability to read and interpret financial statements,
intermediate to expert proficiency in Excel and
PowerPoint
Preferred skill sets:
previous work experience in financial services

6-12 months

Undergraduates
B.com / BBA
