CLO Operations Analyst

Job Title: CLO Operations Analyst

Location: Delhi

Reports to: CLO Operations Manager

Job Purpose: CLO & Leveraged Loan Operations

Responsible for supporting operations, accounting, trading and investment teams for the ICM US Credit Platform

Responsibilities:

- Perform daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with the trustee and administrative providers

- Reconciliation of monthly CLO reporting and quarterly distributions

- Monitor portfolio corporate actions and ensure the proper actions and updates are done internally and with service providers

- Closely monitor deal and warehouse cash balances and perform calculations for warehouse fundings and prepare drawdown requests

- Involvement in new issue CLO warehouse management, closing date, and effective date procedures and ongoing coordination with audit and tax teams

- Support Capital Markets/Structuring team in CLO transactions, including new issue, resets, & refinancings

- Running hypothetical trades to ensure compliance with CLO indentures and support investment team

- Working with fund accountants and administrators to resolve any bank loan related inquiries or discrepancies

- Assisting with ad hoc projects, reporting and analysis as assigned

Qualifications:

- Analyst: 1-3 years operations experience in banking, audit or CLO/fixed income manager

- Bachelor\'s/PG degree or above

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Strong Excel skills

- Knowledge of CLO indenture compliance and reporting

- Experience with Sentry, Wall Street Office, Markit, or other loan processing systems

- Familiarity with Black Mountain Everest, LevPro or similar

- Comfortable with cash & position reconciliation
