Ensuring the delivery of fit for purpose MI according to a defined schedule that supports the requirements of Analytics & Reporting Relationships Working closely with different business leads to understand their priorities and driving the initiatives.Works closely with a great variety of stakeholders at different JGs, mostly more senior level.Establishes/maintains effective ways of working between the various parties involved at different levels across R&A teams and Business, and for cross-business initiatives.Manages global activities and working on multi-cultural virtual global teams.ACCOUNTABILITIES Setting Innovative Data Visualization Standards for Executive Level Reports and Dashboards, across various BI Reporting Tools & Technologies: Branding of MI COE Teams products and ensure consistency in all communication through innovative designs. Having in-depth knowledge of a wide range of software applications, reporting tools and web technologies, as well as rapid adaptability to new and changing technologies to keep abreast of changing trends and to meet the ever changing requirements of the industry in creating next-gen visualization standards. Proven track record in analyzing the pain points of the Business and its users to design highly Innovative and meaningful visualizations for effective business decisions / insights. User Interface / Prototype Design: Involved in designing Graphical User Interfaces for the products / prototypes as well as for the web-based applications. Visualization: This function encompasses conceptualization of a given graphic design project as well as planning and organization required to bring it to a fruitful conclusion. Transforming, improving and integrating data, depending on the business requirements delivering the data in a useful and appealing way to users The incumbent should be able to grasp complex business challenges and provide solutions. The work has high visibility and senior management exposure, which requires the ability to deliver well under pressure and also to provide a professional result to stakeholders with high expectations. The incumbent will need to possess the drive and inter-personal skills to influence and work through others to provide support to the business while retaining an independent challenging role The role gives direct exposure to a very wide range of R&A teams and business issues both financial and operational nature Be a contributing member of the BI team and has to work in delivering business value to the functions venturing into BI tools Competencies & Skillsets - Bachelor' Degree in Fine Arts, with specialization in Applied Art (Graphic Design), (Visual Communication) having extensive knowledge and diversified experience with analytical and design thinking in creating best-in-class User Experiences, setting Usability and Innovative Data Visualization Standards, + Problem solving + Creative Direction + Data Visualization + Visual Storytelling + Design Thinking + Concept & Visualization + Graphics Design Creation & Management + User Experience Design + Web / Digital Experience + Branding Software Preference Figma Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator PowerPoint/Keynote/ Google slides MS Office (Word & Excel)
