Responsibilities:

Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Technology, Media, Telecom, Consumer, Retail, Industrials, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, among other industries and preparing pitch books, company profiles, strip profiles, trading comps, precedent transactions comps, industry study, company focused discussion documents, studying & analyzing different business & financial models in a particular industry. Provide high quality analysis on projects including critical industry or market analysis, company reports, ad-hoc requests, financial analysis, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depth secondary research. Managing delivery & execution of projects including Memos, case studies, newsletters, broker/operational benchmarking, WACC analysis, potential buyer analysis, change of control analysis shareholder / ownership analysis, etc. Valuation analysis through income method and multiples driven technique (Relative Valuation analysis) Supporting our clients on financial modelling assignments and to develop results-driven strategies, including critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments through in depth primary and secondary research. Contribute towards managing project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure "high client satisfaction". Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.

Key Competencies:

Newly Qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA Fresher Proficient at using MS PowerPoint; command over MS Excel to process varied data sets in spreadsheets (Pivots, charting etc.) is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills and adept at synthesizing information to generate insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Highly motivated, ambitious, flexible and willingness to work hard.
