About The Role Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor campaigns using the Adobe Campaign tool. Interface with Omnichannel Specialist to clarify requirements, ensure campaign built to meet business outcomes by reviewing campaign build and testing trigger events. Raise issues and/or improvement opportunities to the Campaign Operations Team Lead. Collaborate regularly with the Email Project Management Team, Content Build Team, Systems Team (IT), Reporting Team, Email Deliverability Team, Quality Assurance/Business Assurance Testing Team and Omnichannel Specialist Team to ensure all tasks related to a campaign are thoroughly thought through during the campaign life cycle; including monitoring and reporting for ongoing campaigns. Role and Responsibilities Manage all marketing campaigns for US region (Email/SMS/MMS/Direct Mails etc.,) Follow the Business requirements to perform day-to-day marketing activities including email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns. Design and Develop responsive HTML templates in accordance with Astrazeneca standards & guidelines Work on the Dynamic email content for Omnichannel campaign setup Design, Develop and Publish web-applications such as Landing Pages, Forms, survey pages etc., Create segmentation to target the campaigns upon Business needs Troubleshoots technical issues related to Campaign build, HTML templates, list segmentation and other aspects of email execution and Post deployment activities. Generate Waterfall reports to do an Email Deliverability analysis prior to the campaign deployment Campaign Deployment, Monitoring & Auditing: Deploy campaigns and monitor status of a deployment. Provide ongoing internal quality assurance audits to map campaigns against requirements and monitor against expected results on a frequency determined by the campaign frequency Create custom reports to analyze the campaign performance in order to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements to our marketing campaigns Work on Agile methodology to deliver Business needs Active participation in Agile ways of working to manage campaign delivery expectations. Collaboration with cross functional teams to meet the deliverables on-time with adhering to quality Develop Business process documents whenever required Essential Skills And Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in campaign development using Adobe Campaign tool or any similar Marketing Automation tools. Experience in building campaign logic\'s using any Digital Marketing tools. Experience in Jira, Confluence, and any other Project Management Tools Reasonable knowledge in Agile methodology / Agile ways of working. Experience in creating a customer journey to have better experience Strong knowledge in MS Office Applications Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written (English) Basic HTML, CSS and scripting languages Collaborative, flexible and a Team player Desirable Skills And Experience Experience in handling digital marketing channels - Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Paid Media, Social media etc Understanding about Omnichannel Channel Campaigns Knowledge in Email Authentication tools Stakeholder Management Experience in Database Management Experience with marketing customer data models WHY JOIN US We\'re a network of high-reaching self-starters who contribute to something far bigger.
