Position- Analyst Job Location- Electronic city Bangalore Shift -Rotational Your Role: Screening for restricted products and prevent illegal use of the products by the customers. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Shipment of goods across different geographies by complying with country and global regulation. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS \xe2\x80\xa2 Informing customers about the required documents for processing the customer orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sending reminders to the customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and archive the documents from the customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Clearing or Blocking orders as per the regulatory requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Education: Postgraduate in Life Sciences (Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology) from a reputed University Experience: Experience: 1-2 Years in Scientific Industry. Technical Skills / Competencies: \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic Chemistry Knowledge - Upper Intermediary proficiency and functional command expected over Life science subject. \xe2\x80\xa2 Global Regulatory Knowledge - Intermediary proficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 Operational/Backend Process Knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be able to apply subject knowledge to all our products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to guide others on subject matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Office 365- Upper Intermediary proficiency \xe2\x80\xa2 Navigating different transaction and screens in SAP with knowledge of what the fields indicate. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with internet and e-mail Behavioural Competencies: \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Oral and Written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborative and Team Player \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Organizational skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Problem solving, Planning & execution and Impactful communication \xe2\x80\xa2 Some combination of the above may be acceptable Additional Local needs: \xe2\x80\xa2 The working shift will be based on the business requirements
