SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

In this position you are responsible for managing various Supply Chain and Reporting & analysis activities to support Planning/Purchasing/Reporting & Analytics/Master Data teams.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Support the supply chain activities to ensure the respective Planning/Purchasing/Reporting & Analytics/Master Data processes as agreed with business.

• Able to work closely with all internal departments, requiring the need to be a proactive team-player, and be able to build relationships quickly.

• Work with the respective process owner to understand and document the process which will be assigned.

• Shadow the assigned process to know it well to handle independently.

• Function as a trusted partner, collaborator, and communicator.

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills

• Highly motivated with a competitive attitude

• Knowledge of relevant technical information

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\'s Degree based majors preferred, such as Supply Chain, Computer Technology, Management Information System, or equivalent.

Technical Skills / Competencies:

• Basic computer skills to work on MS Office tools.

• Fair knowledge about ERPs (Oracle, SAP), Database & Programming tools (Access, SQL, Python) is an advantage.

Behavioral Competencies:

• Results-driven
