What You'll Do


As an Analyst - BCG Vantage on our Topic Activation path within BCG's People and Organization Practice Area with a focus on the Culture, Transformation & Change Management topic, you will work in a growing global team, providing functional expertise and insights, while working together with case and proposal teams to deliver expert advisory



Additionally, you will support your topic in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic, with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As an Analyst - BCG Vantage you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.



In the People and Organization Practice Area, we focus on Organization Design & Operating Model, Talent and Skills, and Culture, Transformation & Change Management. Within Culture, Transformation & Change Management, we focus on delivering change across organizational leaders, employees, and programs. As an Analyst - BCG Vantage you will focus on Culture, Transformation and Change Management.



What You'll Bring

Master's degree relevant to culture, transformation & change management; 1+ year of relevant work experience in culture & change management preferred Or Bachelor's degree, with strict minimum of 1+ year consulting experience or 2+ years of relevant industry work experience in culture & change management Fluency in English Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders

+ Delivers actionable research and insights tailored to the client project's needs; works with qualitative and quantitative data, conducts research and provides synthesized results from sources including commercial data, public and open source, company and industry research, macro-economic, commodities and trade data.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

Applying culture, transformation & change management expertise when contributing to building and deploying a product/tool/data, taking different client contexts into account Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working Communicating with senior stakeholders, being credible and proactive Framing, structuring, and sharing intellectual property, with the ability to write clearly and concisely Building client-ready deliverables In Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Embracing new technologies and working solutions (e.g. GenAI) Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, independently managing work products to meet agreed upon deadlines and expectations Interacting with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment
