We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Analyst

Principal responsibilities

• The implementation of a Global Business Insights data analytics capability to provide analysis and recommendations to senior MSS Ops stakeholders that will involve the analysis of big data bringing together control, capacity, performance, cost and other datasets to make informed decisions.
• The implementation of Global Business Insights transformation strategy covering Key Risk and Key Performance Indicators across Markets (FX; Global Debt, Equities & Securities Financing) and Securities Services (Global Custody, Funds Admin, GD&TA, Securities Lending) asset classes.
• The Manual process register reporting across MSS Ops
• Drive the data analytics capability required for senior management
• Implement the transformation strategy for strategic KRI\xe2\x80\x99s / KPI\xe2\x80\x99s required for senior management.
• Clearly articulate progress to senior management and asset class stakeholders
• Drive to be an asset class(es) lead for the Global Business Insights Team
• Work with IT teams to ensure data feeds are thoroughly tested working as expected.
• Work with visualization teams to ensure the MI output is as expected

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, VBA, SQL Server technical skills (at least 3-7 years experience)
• Markets or Securities Services experience
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving self starter, with ability to champion and drive change
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Strong organisational skills \xe2\x80\x93 ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail
• Show initiative, a positive attitude, and leads by example
• Good communication skills, both verbally and written
