Analyst - Supply Chain Team Supply Chain Location: Bangalore About Us Jumbotail is India\'s leading B2B marketplace and New Retail platform, serving thousands of mom & pop stores (Kiranas). Jumbotail ecosystem has 4 in-house, proprietary platforms - B2B online marketplace, Supply Chain & Logistics, Fintech for SME Lending, and Retail platform that powers its J24 branded convenience grocery stores. Jumbotail transforms traditional unorganised kirana stores into J24 branded modern convenience grocery stores, by providing a complete business toolkit and playbook consisting of J24 consumer branding, in-store GoldenEye retail technology and processes, real-time data driven product selection and merchandising insights, integrated supply chain with daily store servicing, Green Card loyalty program and payment solutions which create a differentiated in-store experience for consumers. Were looking for an Analyst - Supply Chain who can- Lead all analytics activities for supply chain (be it last mile, fulfilment centre, returns and customer experience) Collaborate with business, product and technology to provide impeccable customer experience Manage design projects through the project life cycle (Ideation to Execution) Work, analyze, evaluate, and generate business and strategic insights on how users (ops/customers) are interacting with our SC and factor that into our network design Lead investigations into multiple streams of data, analyze users (based on behaviour and transactions) to empower SC to drive efficiencies Identify/Evaluate opportunities for services / solutions that help improve the Speed, Cost, Reliability, Consistency of the supply chain Design supply chain with a business view of 2-3 years which is scalable, modular and can be replicated across geographies Evaluate the End to End Supply chain processes to understand challenges and design scalable solutions - both infrastructure, automation, process and product. Build business cases and models to quantify new opportunities using data and solid business judgment Requirements We are looking for leaders at all levels who have the hunger to work with some of the smartest people, who are driven by a sense of purpose, and who wish to leave a legacy in their respective domains and among their professional fraternity. An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has- A bachelors degree in Statistics or other quantitative disciplines such as Engineering, Applied Mathematics, etc from IIT/BITS/NIT/IISc. 2-5 years of professional experience in an analytical role Experience with working with large data sets, thorough knowledge of SQL, and top data mining software + data viz tools Very hands-on experience of SQL/R/Python to mine large scale data is mandatory Experience in building time series modelling & predictive analytics Ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend actions Website: https://jumbotail.com/ Interested Can share your resumes on [HIDDEN TEXT].
