What will you be doing?

This is a requirement for our deal desk team. The analyst in the deal desk team will be responsible for reviewing, tracking, updating and coordinating critical steps involved in the sales order lifecycle with the relevant stakeholders. The analyst will partner with key stakeholders from Sales ops, Ad operations, Sales management, Account Management, finance and product team to ensure the deliverables are completed in a timely manner. He/she will also be responsible for creating reports and sharing periodic communication on the weekly statuses of the different tasks completed/handled.

Responsibilities:

  • Review opportunities at different stages of completion and ensure the right attributes/values are captured by sales owners.
  • Review and validate the rate card, start/end dates, budgets, discounts entered in salesforce matches the values in Insertion Order (IO) contracts.
  • Ensure the billing contacts and billing details have been captured in the account.
  • Help with any approvals if they are delayed beyond the defined SLAs from finance or business owners.
  • Confirm the IOs have all the right signatories and IO is legally compliant.
  • Check if the channel IOs generated by system have been synced by account managers to downstream systems.
  • Review campaign performance dashboards and check if the right channel IOs are tagged to campaigns and if the KPIs delivered by campaigns match the KPIs in IO contracts. Flag any deviations to owners and get them corrected.
  • Check if campaigns are delivering beyond the recorded end dates and highlight these issues to AM leads and process owners.
  • Ensure AMs are recording any updates/changes to rate cards and all actions are being performed by them as per the laid-out procedures.
  • Keep monitoring the delivered revenue from campaigns and flag any exceptions.
  • Build rapport with related engineering and product teams to facilitate support for product and workflow improvement
  • Compile analytical and performance reports for business teams
  • Work across various internal teams to resolve queries & ensure smooth delivery of tasks
  • Initiate efforts to standardize/automate existing reports/dashboards
  • Actively involve in process improvement initiatives engaging in project planning & execution
Requirement:
  • B.Tech or equivalent degree from reputed institute with 1-2 years work experience
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills
  • Good Analytical and Data handling skills
  • Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands on experience in SQL, VBA, Python and Power BI would be a plus
  • Quick learner, consistent in accuracy and possess the ability to handle and sustain high volumes
  • Highly self-motivated team player
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • As part of the team, foster cohesion, demonstrate appreciation & exhibit equal participation to achieve team\'s objectives
  • Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiples tasks under pressure
  • Flexible to work in shifts
Preferred
  • Any ad tech, digital marketing, digital media industry experience will be a plus.
