Job Role: Product Data (STIBO) Developer (Offshore) Location: Bangalore
:

• Seeking a STIBO professional for the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team to focus on developing and implementing STIBO solutions for catalog and ecommerce processes and systems.

• 
  This person will focus on configuration, custom development, and production support of the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) work stream specifically regarding product information management.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precise detail and follow-up reporting.
• Ability to bring in new solutions and work out new architectural designs/solutions.
• Create technical design documents, coding, release deployments, adhere to tech standards.
• Mentor and direct the project team through all phases of the project.
• Expand Kennametal’s technical leadership in Product MDM and Digital Product Publishing (PIM)
• Enhance and support Kennametal’s Stibo MDM and PIM solutions including the code development, architectural design, integration to SAP and non-SAP downstream systems
• Work as part of team to collaboratively develop the technology & capability roadmaps for Product Data at Kennametal
• Work as part of team to collaboratively define overall MDM and PIM standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Participate in the evaluation, implementation and deployment of tools and processes
• Partner with business analysts and enterprise architects to develop technical architectures for Global expansion
• Analyze business requirements; construct the coding, processes, and data flows to support the requirements
• Lead design, code & process review sessions to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and performance guidelines
• Collaboratively troubleshoot technical and performance issues in the MDM & PIM STEM ecosystem (currently multi-instance)
• Other responsibilities as required

Required Skills /Experience:

• 
  Bachelor's degree with IT, business, computer science or technical focus preferred.
• Expert technical skills in software development (Java and/or JavaScript), data and database design, SQL, XML, Python, Linux, and Web services.
• Min 2+ years of STIBO STEP systems configuration, development experience - attribute creation, business rule creation, portal development, integration endpoint configuration and workflow creation.
• STEP 9. X knowledge strongly preferred.
• STIBO certification is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge on PIM architecture, design, and development skills and should be aware of MDM/PIM/DAM best practices and development.
• SAP environment (PCM, Hybris) experience helpful.
• Good understanding of data relationships and data modeling concepts.
• B2B or Manufacturing sector experience.
• MDM/PIM/DAM or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Understanding of Digital Marketing systems (Adobe AEM) a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
