The Capacity and Resource Management (C&RM) Team Analyst/ Associate will be an integral member of the C&RM Team supporting such functions as updating and tracking resource and engagement forecasts, analyzing forecasting and utilization trends, as well as other data management responsibilities. The Analyst will report directly to the INDUS Capacity Lead and meet regularly with the INDUS Capacity Lead to set expectations, prioritize tasks, review data and address outstanding issues. He/she must build strong relationships with the U.S.-based SRM team, U.S. based Client-facing staff, and all leadership by providing excellent customer service, producing accurate data entry and reporting, and properly managing issues upward
Skills:
xc2xb7 Accurately process all forecast updates within 24 to 48 hours of receipt; to include individual resource updates, engagement updates, and/or ad hoc requests.
xc2xb7 Highlight conflicts and identify resources with full or partial availability.
xc2xb7 Attend team calls (where possible) to gain an understanding of key staffing issues.
xc2xb7 Connect with U.S. based C&RM team and/or U.S. based Client-facing staff on an ad hoc basis to understand challenges faced and to update staffing requests accordingly.
xc2xb7 Responsible for data management of assigned population(s) to ensure resumes and skills profiles are current, forecasting is timely and accurate.
xc2xb7 Reports to be prepared on a regular basis using Excel and other reporting tools.
xc2xb7 Highlighting conflicts and identifying resources with full or partial availability as per the business needs.
