Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Accounts Payable Specialist with over 5 years of experience in managing end-to-end AP operations, with deep expertise in SAP ERP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the AP lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, while leveraging SAP to streamline processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable operations using SAP, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliation. Validate and post invoices in SAP, ensuring compliance with company policies. Execute payment proposals and runs and manage payment blocks and release strategies. Monitor GR/IR accounts and resolve discrepancies in SAP. Generate AP reports and dashboards using SAP tools (e.g., SAP Fiori, SAP ECC). Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize SAP workflows and AP integration. Support internal and external audits with SAP-based documentation and reporting. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within SAP.

? Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in AP operations with hands-on SAP experience. Strong understanding of SAP AP modules and transaction codes. Proficiency in Excel and SAP reporting tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP Fiori. Exposure to shared services or multinational environments.
