Where You'll Make a Difference
Prepare final accounts in accordance with local Statutory GAAP requirements for multiple countries.
Coordinate with local statutory auditors (mainly PwC) to meet requirements and resolve queries.
Collaborate with various functions and business teams to address audit-related questions.
Prepare all schedules required under local statutory regulations.
Ensure compliance with local Companies Act and GAAP, including physical verification of assets and inventory.
Complete tax schedules related to accounting information for local tax filings and provide data for tax assessments.
Coordinate with tax teams for submissions such as tax bulletins and deferred tax templates.
Assist country controllers and project teams during M&A projects and support R2R vertical teams as needed.
Handle ad-hoc requirements related to statutory accounts and provide information to stakeholders as requested.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Semi-Qualified (Experienced)/Qualified Accountants & bachelor's degree in commerce with minimum 2 years experience in statutory audit.
Strong in accounting and analytical skills
Working knowledge of US GAAP
