Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing the fund flow for new products.
2. Implementing ICFR and MEC controls before products go live.
3. Preparing documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for required processes.
4. Conducting monthly sync-ups with other product teams to provide status updates on ongoing projects.
5. Assisting the team with new reconciliation processes.
6. Collaborating with the tech team to resolve any system or report issues.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance / CA intermediate Preferred, Accounting,
Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MFin)
preferred.
Experience: 5 years of experience in financial operations,
with expertise in accounts receivable, revenue recognition, and automation
processes.
Skills:
o Experience with financial ERP systems, automation tools,
and proficiency in Excel.
o Strong communication skills, with the ability to work
collaboratively across functions.
