Entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Monitors clinical trial project management operations under close supervision. Conducts basic research for clinical trials. Contributes to data delivery for reports for clinical trials from inception to completion.

Assists in the development and editing of study-related materials, including consent forms and site study aids, to proactively address and resolve client requests and issues.

Arranges training workshops and materials to prepare staff and relevant parties for events.

Analyzes basic aspects within the phases of clinical trial projects to determine discrepancies and develop solutions.

Compiles routine reports and dashboards for Clinical Trial Project Management team members to reference during studies, facilitating the project process.

Assists during on-site visits by providing basic information to clients and stakeholders to inform parties of project affairs.

Provides support for day-to-day clinical study activities, escalating any issues, complaints, or concerns accordingly.

Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
