Under general supervision, provides comprehensive administrative assistance to brokers and managers, including expense report creation, agreement drafting, invoice processing, marketing material creation, and meticulous document management.
Essential Job Duties:
Provide general administrative support to brokers and managers, including creating expense reports, drafting agreements, processing invoices in Coupa, creating templated marketing materials and tour books.
Documentation: Create and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring accurate organization and easy retrieval of important documents. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Data Entry: Input and manage data in various systems and platforms including Oracle iExpense and the Newmark Revenue Management System. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while entering and updating information.
Research: Conduct online research to gather information, data, or resources as required by team members. Summarize findings and present them in a clear and concise manner.
Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Assist on various projects as needed.
Skills, Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree; preferably in related subjects such as Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Law
Must be familiar with PC applications such as MS-Excel ad MS-Word.
Experience with computerized accounting systems a plus.
Working shift timings:
Shift 1: 6 pm to 3 am IST
