ATE Test Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Develop test programs for ATE platforms (Advantest, Teradyne)

? Debug failures and conduct yield analysis

? Perform characterization and qualification testing

? Develop test specifications and coverage plans

? Collaborate with design, product and manufacturing teams

? Support production ramp and test optimization

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

? 3-6 years in ATE test engineering

? Hands-on with ATE platforms (V93K, J750, UltraFlex)

? Experience with test program development and debug

? Knowledge of semiconductor testing (DC, AC, functional, mixed-signal)

? Understanding of test coverage and yield improvement

? Scripting skills (Python, Perl, C++)

? B.E/M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
