Be Well Hospital require Anaesthetist at Anna Nagar location

Full time : 8.30hrs

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' medical histories and assess their fitness for anaesthesia. Determine the appropriate anaesthetic plan and obtain informed consent. Administer general, regional, or local anaesthesia as required. Monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after procedures. Manage anaesthetic complications or emergencies effectively. Provide post-operative pain management and follow-up care. Maintain accurate documentation of anaesthesia records and medications used. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards. Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals. Participate in training, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

MBBS with MD / DA / DNB in Anaesthesiology from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the Medical Council. Minimum 1-3 years of experience (freshers may also apply depending on hospital norms). Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.

Key Skills:

Proficiency in various anaesthetic techniques. Emergency management and resuscitation skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. High attention to detail and patient safety focus.
