We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Anaesthesiology Technician to join our medical team The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assisting anaesthesiologists and other medical professionals in providing safe and effective patient care during surgical and medical procedures The Anesthesiology Technician will be responsible for preparing equipment, monitoring patients, and ensuring the smooth operation of anesthesia procedures

Responsibilities:

Assist anesthesiologists and nurses in preparing patients for anesthesia administration Set up and calibrate anesthesia equipment, including monitors, ventilators, and intravenous lines Prepare and administer medications under the guidance of licensed healthcare professionals Monitor patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and end-tidal CO2 levels during procedures Assist with airway management, intubation, and extubation procedures Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures Respond quickly and effectively to any changes in patient condition or equipment malfunction Maintain accurate records of procedures, medications administered, and patient responses Keep the anaesthesia workspace clean and organized, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment Assist with patient transport and positioning as required Provide support during emergencies and resuscitation efforts as needed Stay updated on advancements in anesthesia technology and techniques Participate in training and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
