Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Anaesthesia professional to support our clinical team in delivering safe, effective anesthesia care. This role involves administering anesthesia, monitoring patient vitals, and ensuring optimal outcomes during surgical and procedural interventions. The ideal candidate will contribute to pre-anesthetic assessments, intraoperative management, and post-anesthetic recovery, working closely with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments. With a strong foundation in clinical protocols and patient safety, this position offers valuable hands-on experience and growth within a leading healthcare institution.
Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations to assess patient health and surgical needs.

• Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia as prescribed.

• Continuously monitor vital signs during procedures and respond to changes.

• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers for seamless care.

• Accurately document all anesthesia-related procedures and patient responses.

• Maintain and sterilize anesthesia equipment in compliance with safety standards.

• Participate in emergency response and crisis management during intraoperative events.

• Support clinical research and quality improvement initiatives in anesthesia.

• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences, B.Sc. in Anaesthesia Technology, or MBBS with relevant training.

• Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or equivalent body.

• Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and anesthesia techniques.

• Proficiency in using anesthesia delivery systems and monitoring devices.

• Experience in clinical or hospital settings, particularly in surgical support roles.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills under pressure.

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and medical documentation systems.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties.
