Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Assistant Manager/ Senior Analyst/Team Lead- Learning & Performance Admin!
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end process delivery across learning operations and performance management system support. You will manage a small team, act as the first level of quality control, handle escalations, and support the global HR and L&D stakeholders with timely and compliant administration. This role demands strong operational execution, stakeholder communication, and functional knowledge of LMS/PMS tools.
Responsibilities
1. Process Leadership & Team Coordination:
o Oversee and allocate daily workload for a team of 36 analysts supporting learning and PMS-related activities.
o Lead and mentor a team of learning analysts, ensuring high performance.
o Monitor team metrics and adherence to SLAs.
o Lead on the job training and knowledge transfers.
2. Learning Administration:
o Manage end-to-end administrative tasks within Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, enrollment, session setup, and instructor coordination.
o Maintain and update training calendars and participant lists.
o Supervise end-to-end course setup, nominations, participant tracking, and closure in the Learning Management System
o Maintain and update process documentation.
o Conduct audits to ensure service delivery excellence.
3. PMS Administration:
o Support the performance review cycle setup in the PMS platform (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or client-specific tool).
o Assist in launching goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end appraisal forms for different employee groups.
o Troubleshoot access and workflow issues (e.g., form visibility, manager hierarchy errors, locked reviews).
o Validate and reconcile employee performance data across systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
o Supervise end-to-end PMS admin process to ensure adherence to quality.
o Maintain and update process documentation.
o Conduct audits to ensure service delivery excellence.
4. Data Management & Reporting:
o Ensure reporting accuracy and maintain audit logs, process trackers, and performance dashboards.
o Support client/internal audits with timely submission of required documentation and evidence.
o Drive continuous improvement through data insights, trend analysis, and RCA of service delivery issues.
5. Communication Management:
o Provide timely responses to employee queries regarding system access, training assignments, or performance reviews.
o Document and escalate recurring issues or enhancement requests to system support or global process owners.
o Serve as the first line of communication with HR Business Partners, L&D leads, and performance management stakeholders across regions.
6. Process Enhancement:
o Identify gaps in the learning and performance admin process and implement enhancements.
o Leverage analytics to optimize learning and performance process
