Role: AM/senior executive-Content planning

We\'re looking for an experienced Content Planner to join our growing Marketing team, based out of Bangalore.

Responsibilities -

\xe2\x97\x8f Device and implement a content strategy to drive a highly differentiated content experience that is very closely tied to commerce.

\xe2\x97\x8f Establish a visual and content language for the brand that is in line with the target audience. Use data-driven research to continuously evolve your understanding of user behaviour on the website.

\xe2\x97\x8f Build properties, products, frameworks and experiences that are in line with intuitive user behavior.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage content visibility on the website to ensure optimal usage of real estate and build an intuitive navigation framework for the users.

\xe2\x97\x8f Closely monitor effectiveness based on CTRs, bounce rates, session duration etc.

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage end-to-end planning of content for digital branding initiatives for one or more brands.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to curate multiple fashion shopping stories, collections and looks based on extensive research, forecast on trends, topical themes and target audience.

\xe2\x97\x8f Conceptualizing & writing copy for mailers, SMS, brand pages for one or more brands.

\xe2\x97\x8f Be able to create blogs based on brand collections, stories and current trends.

\xe2\x97\x8f Ensures QC on all content created and published.

2-4 Years of experience

Background and Requirements

Requirements -

Preferred Qualifications:

\xe2\x97\x8f 2-4 years of relevant experience in end-to-end content planning including site management, CRM, and paid marketing.

\xe2\x97\x8f Journalism or Fashion Communication background is a must

\xe2\x97\x8f E-commerce background is preferable

\xe2\x97\x8f Creative thinker and excellent time management skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to connect with people across teams & levels

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience working in a revenue-driven marketing team is a plus.

\xe2\x97\x8f A portfolio of previous projects is a must.

\xe2\x97\x8f Should be a meticulous planner and have a high degree of attention to detail.

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Should be comfortable with both short-form and long-form content

\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with Shopify is a plus
