We are inviting applications for the role of

Asst Manager, Reporting

This role is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance

the data

foundations, reporting, insights, transparency, 3-tiered governance model, performance management, and ultimately customer experience across

Regions

Responsibilities

Lead the creation and enhancement of data foundations.

Design, develop and maintain a data "ecosystem" (data repository, data feeds, data manipulation, etc.) which underpins robust set of reporting & analytics tools.

Drive the generation of actionable insights.

Provide strategic insights to support decision-making

Oversee the preparation and execution of materials, meetings, and insights for 3-tiered governance (especially Tiers 1 & 2). Lead Tier 1 meetings (with the relevant senior Stakeholder)

Deliver a set of Performance Dashboards to drive performance and provide transparency to stakeholders & sponsors.

Measure improvements within

growing

ecosystem of dashboards which are used to drive continuous improvement.

Extensive business experience. Preferred experiences include but are not limited to Financial Operations / Accounting / Shared Services / Data Analytics & Visualization / Data Science experience.

Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, & insights generation

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, & decision-making abilities.

Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data management platforms

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

University degree (i.e. Bachelor) in engineering or business/ economics / finance / marketing / computer science

Advanced degree (

i.e

Masters) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or MBA highly desired

Relevant work experience

Preferred qualifications

Background in a finance role is a plus

Core functional expertise in procurement

Strong Analytics with Experience in Cost Modelling Preferred (Highly Proficient in Excel)

Proven success in project and process management

Experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations

Fluent in English
