The ideal candidate will have a techno-functional profile with implementation and support experience across these domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support
Oracle Subscription Management Cloud
, including subscription creation, billing, renewals, amendments, and entitlements.
Configure and support
Oracle Depot Repair (EBS or Cloud)
including service request creation, logistics, repair orders, and billing integration.
Integrate Subscription and Depot Repair processes with Order Management, AR, and Inventory modules.
Gather business requirements, write functional specifications, and work closely with technical teams for solution delivery.
Design and build integrations and reports using Oracle tools (BI Publisher, FBDI, REST APIs).
Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for ongoing operations.
Should be able to support multiple customers in 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST shift
Required Skills:
6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS/Cloud applications.
4+ years of hands-on experience in
Oracle Subscription Management Cloud

3-5 years of experience in
Oracle Depot Repair (EBS or Cloud)

Knowledge of
Service Contracts

Installed Base
, and
Order-to-Cash processes

Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Oracle Service Logistics, Field Service, or CPQ.
