Key Responsibilities:

Support end-to-end Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud Support engagements. Hands-on experience on OTM and GTM Cloud modules including transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, trade compliance, and customs management. Collaborate with technical teams for integration development (e.g., with Oracle Cloud SCM, external carriers, customs authorities). Conduct system testing, UAT, and user training sessions. Support UAT for all support tickets and resolve functional issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

6-8 years of experience in Oracle OTM and/or GTM on Oracle Cloud. Strong understanding of

transportation and logistics processes

, including planning, carrier selection, tendering, rate management, and freight settlement. Solid experience in

GTM functionalities

like restricted party screening, trade compliance, trade agreement management, and customs documentation. Knowledge of OTM/GTM Cloud architecture and integration touchpoints (REST, SOAP, B2B flows). Experience in working for support engagements Should be open to work in 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST shift Familiar with Oracle Cloud updates, quarterly release impacts, and testing. * Excellent communication, presentation, and client-interfacing skills.
