Role Overview

You'll be the analytical backbone of Efficiently's SaaS growth model -- owning instrumentation, data quality, and performance analysis across marketing, product, and revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Instrumentation & Data Quality
Architect and maintain event tracking across product and marketing experiences using
Amplitude
.
Define taxonomy for events and properties (naming conventions, hierarchy, source of truth).
Partner with engineers to ensure precise instrumentation and retroactive QA.
, payback period, ARR growth.
+ Cohort and funnel analysis (trial-to-paid, user activation, upgrade journeys). Partner with Growth to correlate marketing metrics with product engagement and SQL pipeline.
Business & Pipeline Insights
Connect
Amplitude usage data
with
Salesforce/HubSpot pipeline
to track how product usage drives SQLs, Opps, and ARR.
Develop dashboards that bridge
marketing, product, and sales
data.
Identify signals of healthy accounts (feature usage, frequency, collaboration).
Experimentation & A/B Testing
Design and evaluate A/B tests across product and growth channels.
Use data to recommend next steps, feature prioritization, and campaign changes.
Enablement & Collaboration
Build dashboards and train teams (Product, Growth, Sales) to self-serve insights.
Communicate data stories clearly to leadership -- what's working, what's not, and why.
Requirements

Must-Have:
4-6 years in SaaS analytics or product growth analytics.
Deep expertise with
Amplitude (events, cohorts, retention, funnels)
.
Strong command of
SaaS metrics
-- CAC, LTV, ARR, churn, activation, retention, MRR expansion.
SQL proficiency for data extraction and cleaning.
Proven experience connecting
marketing/product data
with
sales pipeline
(HubSpot, Salesforce).
Strong understanding of
B2B SaaS funnels
(PLG and sales-assisted).
Preferred:
BI experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
ETL familiarity (dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte).
Basic Python for data analysis/automation.
Experience with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and data quality governance.
