The Amplify Program offers participants from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage the chance to experience Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) based activities in a Defence environment.




During the one-day program participants will experience a tour of the Defence, Science and Technology Group (DSTG), have lunch in the Edinburgh Mess with experienced Aviators and participate in a STEM Based workshop.




The experience will be located at DSTG/RAAF Base Edinburgh precinct, where participants will utilise VR Headsets to solve problems that they may face whilst in a military environment. As part of a team, participants will communicate ideas and build a solution together to ensure Australia's safety.
