Candidate will be working on the development of audio products. The responsibility includes leading the team from technical point of view, preparation of architecture, circuit design for audio products and to present it to different stake holders, cross functional interactions, system engineering and mentoring team members.Desired Skills:1) Technical Skills. Experience in leading technical team. Experience in preparing architecture for electronics systems. Experience in spice simulations, analog, mixed signal and on-board power supply design and analysis. Experience in board bring up, testing and troubleshooting electronic circuits. Experience in EMI/EMC compliant design and debug. Experience schematic entry and review, BOM generation and optimization. Experience in preparing layout guidelines and review. Experience in preparing documents like HDD, test plan, test report etc.. Experience in using equipment\'s like DSO, signal generator, thermal imager, data logger. Experience in system, thermal, reliability testing and validation of electronic products. Experience in deriving test plans/specifications from CRS/requirements and preparing test reports. Experience in vendor/supplier interaction2) Soft Skills. Good Communication skills. Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as a team. Must be able to learn, understand, apply on work. Self-Motivated individuals. Ability to interact with cross functional teams. Problem solving & analytical capabilitiesAdded Advantages:. Experience in preamplifier, power amp and output transformer design (Class AB, Class D). Experience in using audio analyzer. Experience in audio perception and system level testing.
