Operate and monitor ammonia-based refrigeration systems used in dairy processing. Maintain temperature and pressure levels within specified limits. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment. Record daily readings, maintain logs, and report any operational issues. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards. Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth plant operation.
