Job Description

We are looking for Assistant Manager / Manager - RCM (Business Analytics) for Hyd location

Experience

Minimum

10+ years

of hands-on experience across all RCM KPIs and analytics scopes.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Strong expertise in

Business Excellence

and

Business Analytics

.
Proficient in

Power BI or similar analytics platforms

to build and showcase

real-time dashboards

.
Proven experience delivering

business analytical reports

for

healthcare companies

using the same or similar platforms.
Ability to work with

multiple client PMS systems

and efficiently extract required reports.
Responsible for analytics support for

new and existing projects

, aligning with delivery team requirements.
Develop and manage

centralized reports

and

client-requested performance dashboards

.
Coordinate with

Eclat's multiple delivery centers

to ensure timely and accurate report delivery.
Strong command of

Microsoft tools

, not limited to Excel (PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, etc.).

Communication & Work Requirements

Excellent

communication skills

, with the ability to interact confidently with

US clients and stakeholders

.
Willingness to work from

WFO (Work From Office)

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Knowledge of

VB, Bots, Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI)

is an added advantage.
