Candidates with 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience (Experience in BGV industry preferred) : New Business Development \xc2\xb7 Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or using other means of generating interest from potential clients \xc2\xb7 Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company \xc2\xb7 Must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship \xc2\xb7 Grow and retain existing accounts \xc2\xb7 Thorough understanding of the market and the competitors \xc2\xb7 Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities \xc2\xb7 Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network \xc2\xb7 Research and build relationships with new clients \xc2\xb7 Set up meetings between client decision makers and leaders. \xc2\xb7 Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals as per client\xe2\x80\x99s needs, concerns, and objectives \xc2\xb7 Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion \xc2\xb7 Persuade or negotiate appropriately \xc2\xb7 Follow up on payments Client Retention: \xc2\xb7 Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. \xc2\xb7 Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. \xc2\xb7 Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs. \xc2\xb7 Business Development Planning \xc2\xb7 Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends \xc2\xb7 Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
