Factory HR

with strong experience in

Manpower handling, Legal compliances, ISO certifications, Audit & Inspections and manpower arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:-

will be responsible for Legal Compliance, IR issues . Coordination with government department Liasoning and other all Administration work Will be responsible to handle entire HR related works Will be responsible for manpower arrangements & grievance handling Will manage Factory audit, external inspections & ISO certifications

Required Candidate Profile

Experience-8-10 years as an HR

Should have good communication skills

Must have Factory experience

Candidate Should be MBA in HR

Job Location- Nuh, Haryana

Salary- 5.50 lpa to 7.0 lpa
