Meet the productivity and quality % as per the objectives and maintain consistency. Ensure audit observations are updated with proper root cause and corrective action. Ensure Flexibility and provide BCP support whenever required to meet our business requirements. Attain 100% skillset in the process within one year by seeking appropriate support from the right stakeholders. Being flexible in working different shifts, providing additional support on weekends based on volume forecast.

BCom / BBA / M.Com (Preferably Course Completed during 2024/2025) Good written English language skills Good Analytical skills to support 100% quality output. Good interpersonal skills Flexible working skills to support Business Continuity Flexible to work in Night Shifts
