We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. The role involves coordination, documentation, communication, and general office management to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications
Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents
Support HR, finance, and management with administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
Monitor office supplies and handle procurement requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Master degree in Administration, Business, or a related field
Schooling completed from CBSC/ICSC Boards
3+ years proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
