Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and service contracts
Maintain and evaluate vendor performance and service quality
Negotiate rates and ensure timely invoice processing

Travel Desk Support
Manage domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, taxis)
Ensure accurate travel documentation and reimbursements
Coordinate itineraries and approvals
?
Courier & Dispatch Handling
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing couriers
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of important documents
Liaise with courier partners for tracking and issue resolution
?
General Admin Tasks
Monitor office maintenance, cleanliness, and supplies
Manage meeting room scheduling and visitor coordination
Assist in seating arrangements, ID card issuance, and facility-related support
?
Documentation & Filing
Maintain administrative records and filing systems (physical and digital)
Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required
Ensure proper documentation for audits and internal reviews
Key Skills & Requirements:
1. Strong communication and coordination skills
2. Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
3. Ability to multitask and handle routine admin issues independent
4. Prior experience with vendor and facility management
5. Time management and attention to detail
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred)
Admin certifications will be a plus
