 Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, HRO 
 The role is responsible for the central management of the Global Rewards queue, managing job profile daily maintenance and recalculation cases. It also ensures compliance with data governance standards and offers primary support for job architecture inquiries, working closely with Associate Rewards Managers and other stakeholders on periodically updates on performance dashboards and Pay Benchmarking tools 
Responsibilities 
 Manage Rewards Tickets: Assign and oversee the management of Rewards Tickets while maintaining the Job Evaluation Log. 
 Work closely with P&O Solutions experts to test "Task" functionality to transition from manual logs to automated reports for the Rewards Dashboard. 
 Update Rewards Performance Dashboards: Periodically refresh performance dashboard data to ensure insights are current. 
 Monitor SLA Data: Track SLA-related data to address potential breach cases proactively. 
 Oversee Global Rewards Queue: Ensure the timely and accurate processing of escalated requests within the Global Rewards queue. 
 Collaborate with Associate Rewards Managers: Provide first-line support for inquiries related to job architecture. 
 Lite Comp Admin Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and validation of job and grade profiles in Workday. 
 Collaborate with the Associate Reward Manager to facilitate order placement in Ariba, and coordinate with the commercial team and survey providers to ensure a smooth purchasing process. 
 Follow all relevant governance processes to maintain data integrity in managing the Job and Pay Framework. 
 Ability to work under guidance while collaborating across organizational boundaries, building trusting relationships, and understanding diverse associate needs. 
 Awareness of global and cultural differences, with a willingness to learn how to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce. 
 Good verbal and written communication skills for conveying rewards information clearly to stakeholders. 
 Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across different geographies and time zones.

Minimum qualifications 
 Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 
Preferred Qualifications 
 Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently 
 Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
