We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support senior leadership across global locations. The role involves employee relations, performance management, talent initiatives, and strategic HR projects while partnering closely with business leaders and senior HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an HR partner to senior stakeholders.
Manage HR processes for global senior employees
Drive performance management, goal setting, and development initiatives
Handle employee relations, engagement, and leadership support
Support strategic HR projects such as PMS, policy updates, and benchmarking
Ensure compliance with international employment laws (US/UK preferred)
Use HR data and insights to improve people processes
Requirements:
6+ years of HR experience with HRBP exposure
Experience supporting global stakeholders/regions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
