Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries over calls/chats with professionalism.
Provide clear, accurate information and resolve issues quickly.
Maintain call quality and follow all AMEX communication guidelines.
Update customer interaction details in the system.
Ensure a customer-first experience at every step.
Requirements:
Good English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in a professional customer support setup.
