Salary:

CTC (Fresher): ?27,000

In-Hand: ?23,000 Incentives: Minimum ?35,000 per month

Working Days:

5 Days Working Fixed Off: Saturday & Sunday No rotational shifts issues

Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass Freshers and experienced both eligible Immediate joiners only

Sales Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to sell insurance products Identify customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships Convince and convert leads with confidence and product knowledge Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
